I ask that we meet for a free 15-minute virtual consultation to determine if I am the right therapist for you; it's important you feel comfortable with your therapist. If I’m not the right therapist for you, I may be able to help you find someone who could be.

I accept Aetna and Optum/United (includes Oscar, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare) health insurance plans via billing partner Alma. *Please note I do NOT accept any Medicare or Medicaid plans.

I am considered an out-of-network, private-pay practice for those not covered by the providers above, or who are without insurance. For those covered by an insurance provider I don’t currently accept, I can offer you a monthly statement (known as a superbill) that you may provide to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. For more information, please contact your insurance provider and ask, "How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?”

Payment + cancellation policies

Cancellation of an appointment requires 24-hour advanced notice.

Payment is due on the day of service and is automatically charged after your session time to the credit card on file. HSA or FSA cards are accepted.
