We might work well together if:

  • You’ve analyzed a text message so many times it deserves its own documentary.

  • You’re great at noticing everyone else’s needs and somehow forget you have your own.

  • You’re wondering whether your standards are “too high” or whether you’ve just been accepting too little.

  • You can explain exactly why you have a pattern but are still somehow repeating it. (Annoying, right?)

  • You’re tired of being the strong one all the time.

  • You want relationships that feel safe, honest, and mutual.

therapeutic Approach

Let’s be honest: life is complicated enough. Therapy doesn’t need to make it more complicated.

I work best with people who are curious about themselves and ready to feel more at home in their own lives. Whether you’re a long-time listener, first-time caller, a therapy veteran, or somewhere in between, you don’t need to walk in with all the answers - we’ll figure things out together.

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to understand why you overthink every decision, replay every conversation, or find yourself in the same relationship patterns. Or maybe you’re not totally sure what’s going on - you just know something feels off and you’re tired of feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. We’ll get curious about what’s happening, make sense of the patterns that show up, and figure out what’s getting in the way of you feeling more like yourself. Sometimes that means learning to turn down the volume on anxiety. Sometimes it means setting a boundary for the first time. Sometimes it means realizing you’ve been giving everyone else the benefit of the doubt except yourself.

I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical to be effective. We’ll have hard conversations. I’ll ask thoughtful questions. I’ll challenge you when I think anxiety, or old patterns, is calling the shots. We’ll celebrate the wins, sit with the hard stuff, and laugh along the way.

This process isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you. It’s about understanding yourself, making peace with yourself, and building a life that feels more like your own.

The work is real. The conversations are honest. The laughter matters.

Because therapy shouldn’t suck.
