I provide virtual individual psychotherapy and counseling services to adult (18+) women and enby folks of all backgrounds, orientations, identities, expressions, and relationship/family dynamics. No topic is off limits.

I'm a life-long un-learner, accomplice and troublemaker for liberation and empowerment, working to decolonize and de-stigmatize mental health - I believe all people, with all identities and abilities, in all bodies, deserve equal access to quality mental health care.

I aim to cultivate a compassionate and empowering space for you to explore and heal, believing laughter, joy, and creativity to be an integral part of that process.

No judgement, no shame, no “fixing”, no BS.

I’m a Capricorn, INFJ, Enneagram type 8, and only-child.

In my free time I enjoy laughing at stand-up comedy shows, traveling near and far, trying new foods, and fuckin’ up the patriarchy.
